got back my phone after say eons. haha not exactly la, maybe 3 weeks. hrmm.

the matter was actually quite an uproar. cos it concerned a number of people. for example the few customer service people who were scolded by my god bro. haiz. too bad la. you guys met him. but what's your reaction when they tell you they can't do anything about your phone cos it has been sent to the head quarters and there will be unlimited delay? so you might have just lost your phone in the head quarters.

so this whole matter seems like they treated this case quite lightly, cos well i'm a student i suppose. and i thought i was a customer too. haiz.

oh well the matter's now closed for the moment till my phone actually spoils again.

today wasn't my day. haha. my machinery skills totally screwed up during the powerpoint slides and the video part. oh wow. what a wonderful sunday.

tmr's gonna be a long long day. lessons till 5.30pm. grrs. and i haven't finish my revision plan i assigned for the weekend. double grrs.
