first day of work as a temp assistant.
seems like a brand new experience...
haha.
met alot of people in my department, mostly with mostly girls as collegues and guys as our boss.
haha.
learnt quite a bit today. as a admin assistant. mainly scanning, indexing, sorting of many many different documents that seem Arabic to me.
there were alot alot of documents. and they come in bags. tralala.
my "teacher" jenny had to do OT to finish the remaining ginormous hill of documents.
felt so guilty, cos i felt that i did not help, but instead gave more trouble la. causing the unfinished work to be done by TODAY to pile up and she has to stay overtime to clear them.
WAHHs.
anyway, somehow coincidentally today is our dept's head's birthday. thus, we have pizza treat for lunch. and me and shirley thickskinnedly went in greeted him happy birthday and helped ourselves to slices of pizza.

haha.it's afterall the pig year.. what can we do..at least we perservered and helped ourselves each to only one slice of pizza..haha..
but we sure were hungry like there's no tomorrow after work.

the main focus of this entry is to introduce my job.
how on earth did it zig zag its way to food?
haha.

ohh, shirley's workstation will be far from me. real far.
i'll be so lonely and i'll just drown myself in the lovely melody of scanning.

BUT!! lighter note, i sure hope i can save up some money!
so that i can change my phone. my phone died on me twice today. it says some data seems corrupted. and its taking like more than five min to send a msg now. it's way faster to actually call the person. bahhs.

i'll be going for yet another musical on wednesday and me and serene had gotten ourselves the cheapest ticket we can catch. ehh, we are poor students/pending students.
